The first edition of The Anti-Retreat™ took place in beautiful El Salvador and became exactly what it was created to be — a space to pause, breathe, reset, and reconnect without pressure or rigid schedules. Guests experienced luxury treehouse stays, meaningful conversations, quiet moments, movement, wellness experiences, and intentional rest in a setting designed to feel freeing instead of overwhelming.
What made this retreat special wasn’t just the destination — it was the energy. The Anti-Retreat was created for people who are constantly pouring into everyone else and rarely make space for themselves. It was a reminder that rest can still be beautiful, productive, healing, and inspiring.
After a successful first experience, plans are already underway for the next Anti-Retreat. Future retreats will continue to blend wellness, freedom, quiet luxury, and meaningful connection for guests ready to reset in unforgettable locations around the world.

Marsha is the visionary founder of Willow Tree Counseling and Educational Center, LLC, and a Licensed Professional Counselor renowned for her holistic and integrative approach to mental health. With a rich background spanning over seventeen years, Marsha specializes in guiding women, children, and families through the complex landscapes of life’s various stages.
